Mission Statement
Sportsmanship Matters America was started to encourage, empower and educate everyone from the average mom, dad, uncle, grandmother, etc., to the little league coach, to the professional athlete on the importance of restoring the diminishing practice of good sportsmanship.
The foundation for this belief is outlined in our brochure, The ABC's of Sportsmanship™, with the letter "D" (discussion) being the cornerstone of our organization. We want to inform everyone in America that you don't need a Ph.D. in sociology or tons of time to contribute to improving sportsmanship in our country. Taking advantage of everyday opportunities, hopefully spurned on by our shirts and other products, to engage in a discussion on sportsmanship is needed, only takes a few minutes, and could have positive effects on all Americans...especially youths!
Remember that if you shoot for the moon and miss you will still be amongst the stars.
